How To Wear Spring 2015 Denim Deluxe Trend
Jeans will always be in fashion, at least because we wouldn’t know what to do without them. However this season they are getting some extra recognition with numerous deluxe versions shown on the most influential runways in the world. We have picked the most interesting oh-so-now denim pieces and will show you how to wear each or them in two different ways.
This 90-s staple will stir some nostalgic memories for some of us, especially when style the same way as when Dawson’s Creek was our favourite TV show and Kate Moss was the face of Calvin Klein. Years may have passed but denim overalls with a sweatshirt and a pair of virgin white sneakers are still an unbeatable and stylish outfit for a casual weekend when comfort is king.
What you don’t expect however is how easily you can dress them up for lunch with your friends or a museum visit. A white button-down, a classy trench coat and red lips quickly take the sporty overalls not the sophisticated and trendy category. Just add some smart ballet flats or even a heel and you are good to go.
Denim Pencil Skirt
You don’t usually associate this classy skirt shape with denim and that’s what make it so fresh and unexpected. If your office dress code is not too strict, you can easily get away with wearing a dark denim skirt with a blouse and elegant shoes and of course it would be absolutely perfect for an after-work date as well.
On weekends thrown on your usual classic sneakers and a striped top but instead of jeans try a denim pencil skirt. It’s just as easy but you’ll be getting many more complements on your step for sure.
These are much easier to wear than you think. In fact if you want to update your look but are planning to buy only one thing this season this is your choice. They can be cool and casual with a shirt or t-shirt and a pair of slip ons.
Or fashion-forward in a head-to-toe denim look complete with high-heeled booties.
