When will my order ship?

We will begin processing your order immediately and will ship within 24-48 hours.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will ship ground via one of the preferred carriers: FedEx, UPS, & USPS. Typically, the order will arrive within 2-5 business days. Once the order has shipped, you can track its status by logging in, navigating to your Account, and clicking "Order History".

What if my order is missing or incomplete?

Missing items are often found within 2 days of expected delivery. If your order status is showing as delivered but you haven’t received your package yet, follow these steps:

Confirm your shipping address. Current shipping addresses are listed under the “Track Order" on the My Orders page.
Check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail.
Check outside or around other entrances of your home.
Check with others at your address or with neighbors.
Check for a notice of attempted delivery.
Give it a little more time. Some carriers will scan items as delivered before arrival. If it has already been 2 days and your package is still missing, you can:
Contact the Carrier
Use your tracking number to start a claim with the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.).

Incomplete Orders

Some items are shipped in multiple boxes. Depending on the item, different boxes might arrive at different times. Follow these steps to see if your order requires multiple boxes:

Navigate to My Orders
Click “Track Order"
Look to see if there is a number detailing “Packages in Shipment”

If your order does have multiple packages in the shipment, each separate package has its tracking number on the “Order Tracking” page. Be sure to check the status of each package individually as they might arrive separately.

If your order does not have multiple packages or if you have received all packages, but you are still missing an item or part, we are happy to help! Contact us using one of the methods above.

How do I track the shipping status of my order?

To quickly see an estimated delivery date, navigate to My Orders. Look for your item and click “Track Order". Here you will find the tracking number for the relevant carrier. You may use this number to look up the estimated arrival date on the carrier’s website.

Additionally, you will receive an email from The Store as soon your item ships that include an estimated arrival date.

Once the order has been processed, the shipping address cannot be changed for security purposes.

If shipped, we can have the carrier hold it at their office for you to pick up with a personal ID card.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, all of The Store items are available to ship within the United States only. However, you may use a forwarding company to ship the item internationally. Please let us know if you need more details.

How do 30-day returns work?

If you aren’t happy with an item, you can return it to The Store within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. There are no return shipping costs. To start a return, visit My Orders. Then, click "Request a Return". Then follow the step-by-step instructions.

What is The Store’s return address?

The Store’s return address is included in the return label provided. Should you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What if I lost my original return label?

Please contact us and we will gladly email you the shipping label once again.

How will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund back to the original payment method. Refunds may take 2-7 business days to post back to your bank account, depending on your banking institution.

What if it’s been more than 7 business days, and I still haven't received my refund?

If you haven’t received your refund on time, please contact your credit card company for more information. Then, contact your bank. If you’re still unsatisfied with the response, please contact The Store and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

What is Exchange Policy?

You can exchange your product in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Simply ship the product back and we’ll send your new device as soon as possible.

How do I ship my product back?

To return an item to The Store, log in and navigate to My Orders. Find your item and click “Return or Replace Items”. Then, follow the instructions to retrieve the return shipping label and send the product back in its original packaging. Remember, shipping is always free!

How does the 1-year warranty work?

If your item is damaged or defective through no fault of your own, you are eligible to return or exchange under our 1-year warranty policy. The Store’s guaranteed 1-year warranty comes free with every Certified ReStored and brand-new product. If your item stops working as expected within 12 months of the purchase date, we’ll happily fix, replace, or refund your item.

What is not covered by this Warranty?

The Store’s 1-year warranty covers any defects that are independent of your use, such as a weak battery or unresponsive touch screen. However, if you lose, drop, or break the product, for example, the warranty will not apply. View the full list of exclusions here.

The Store experts will do everything we can to troubleshoot the problem. If we can’t fix or replace the product, you’re entitled to a full refund.

Brand new products are overstock items that are unused, unopened and sold in original packaging. They are retail store-ready, backed by a 1-year warranty, and guaranteed to be defect-free upon delivery.

How do Certified ReStored products work?

The Store receives products from trusted retail and manufacturing partners and diligently ReStores each one to factory floor perfection. In many cases, ReStored products have never been used and need only an inspection, cleaning, and packaging update. In other cases, ReStored products are repaired to eliminate most cosmetic imperfections, scratches and any signs of age. These products are covered with a 1-year warranty and guaranteed to be fully functional upon delivery.
