Refurbished TV

Going into this purchase I was aware of the limitations of the TV... it runs on the Tizen OS from Samsung but the configuration settings are the most basic that it gets when it comes to their line of QLED models. I am using it as a bedroom TV so viewing angle is not that big a concern and the backlight is definitely adjustable enough to watch either in a dark or a well-lit room comfortably. Picture looks great in both SDR and HDR color. It has been operating smoothly for about a month now with no signs of any problems. In my opinion, $500 for this new was a very steep price, so I was glad that The Store had refurbished units for sale. It is always a little anxiety-inducing buying a fragile item like this from an unknown vendor, but now as a first time customer I will say I am really impressed by the value that The Store managed to deliver here. The prices of refurbished hardware from online retailers elsewhere is pretty much a joke, usually they will knock something trivial such as $10 or $15 off of the MSRP. I was able to save almost 50%, so I am feeling quite satisfied about that; this is easily the best 32" 4K TV on the market, so it feels rewarding to get one for the same cost of a not-so-great "budget" model.

We got a high-end TV at a superb value and are thrilled.
