We will begin processing your order immediately and do our best to ship it within 24-48 business hours.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will ship ground via one of preferred carriers: FedEx, UPS, & USPS. This can take anywhere from 3 - 10 business days. Once the order has shipped, you can track its status by logging in, clicking on your Account, and accessing your Order History.

hat is the 90-day return policy?
If you aren’t happy with an item, you can return it to The Store within 90 days of purchase for a full refund* You’ll never pay to ship the product back.
*Products must be returned in original condition, including box, packing materials, manuals and accessories. The Store reserves the right to dispute a return request or charge up to a 15% restocking fee for damaged products.

When will I receive my money back from a return?
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be returned to The Store. Once we receive your item, we will send an email to notify you. If the item is received in its original condition, we will automatically process your refund to the original payment method. This may take an additional 5 - 7 business days.
What if it’s been a more than 7 business days, and I still haven't received my refund?
If you haven’t received your refund in a timely manner, please contact your credit card company for more information. Then, contact your bank. If you’re still unsatisfied with the response, please contact The Store and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
What is the 30-day exchange policy?
You can exchange your product in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Simply ship the product back and we’ll send your new device the next day.
How do I ship my product back for a return or exchange?
To return an item to The Store, click on My Account and visit your Order History. Click on Order Details and select the item you want to return. Then, follow the instructions to print a return shipping label. Remember, shipping is always free!
How does the 1-year warranty work?
The Store’s guaranteed 1-year warranty comes free with every Certified ReStored and brand new product purchase. If your item stops working as expected within 12 months of the purchase date, we’ll happily fix, replace, or refund your item.*
*The Store’s 1-year warranty covers any defects that are independent of your use, such as a weak battery or unresponsive touch screen. However, if you lose, drop, or break the product, the warranty will not apply.

The Store experts will do everything we can to troubleshoot the problem. If we can’t fix or replace the product, you’re entitled to a refund.
The Store isn’t responsible for personal data or items left with returned merchandise. We are also not responsible for any consequential l damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise. We are only responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise.
What does a “brand new” grade mean?
Brand new products are unused, unopened and sold in original packaging. They are retail store-ready, backed by a 1-year warranty, and guaranteed to be defect-free upon delivery.
How are The Store’s brand new products different from other retailers?
The Store partners with major retailers and manufacturers across the country who have an overstock of brand new electronics and other consumer goods. Rather than needlessly throw these overstock items away, The Store helps minimize waste and carbon emissions by recirculating them into the economy. The difference between brand new products available at The Store and brand new products on retail shelves, is only the price. Brand new products are unused and backed by a 1-year minimum warranty.
What does a “ReStored” grade mean?
ReStored products are inspected, tested, cleaned, and certified to work exactly as you expect. Very light scratches may be visible, but all ReStored products are repaired to function flawlessly and look just like new. All are guaranteed with a 1-year warranty.
How do ReStored products work?
The Store receives products from trusted retail and manufacturing partners and diligently ReStores each one to factory floor perfection. In many cases, ReStored products have never been used and need only an inspection, cleaning, and packaging update. In other cases, ReStored products are repaired to eliminate most cosmetic imperfections, scratches and any signs of age. These products are covered with a 1-year warranty and guaranteed to be fully functional upon delivery.
