It is an EXCELLENT unit, but the processor gets warm under the left side of the keyboard and quite warm on the bottom if sitting directly on your lap. I know notebooks have gotten so small now, it's difficult to find routes for cooling, but maybe the designers could be a little more innovative.

The laptop worked grate used to heats up easy but It was the iCUE APP "RGB light control app " that come with it after I uninstalled it the laptop battery and temperature become normal .
